Most messages are one of three things

The form asks which of them yours is, and what comes back to you depends on the answer. If yours is one of these, there is probably a page that answers half of it already.

If it is none of them, there is a fourth option that covers everything else. Odd questions about instruments are the ones I enjoy most.

What happens to what you send. Your message comes to me by email and is stored on this site. I read it myself. I do not sell your address and I do not pass it on, and writing to me does not add you to the email list. That is the box below, and it is yours to leave alone.

Please keep medical details out of it. I am not a clinician, and a question about your own health belongs with your doctor rather than with me. The full terms are on the legal page.

I answer most messages within a day or two. If something is time sensitive, say so in the first line and I will move it up.
