Long conversations, mostly with people who asked good questions. The ones about sound and music are at the top. The rest are about minerals and plant medicine, which is the other half of what I do.
Sound and music first, then the mineral and plant medicine ones. Most links go straight to the episode, so you land on the conversation rather than on a show’s front page.
Episode 44. Finding your voice, and remembering who you are.
With Greyson. Sound as a way of understanding the universe.
The dynamic that does not get discussed.
The five Inner Monologue conversations, oldest first: Going Within to Find Peace and Purpose (2017), Journey to Discover Who We Are (2018), Enhancing Your Awareness (2019), The Many Sides of Fear (2020), Encounters of the 5th Kind (2021). Only the last of them is in the show’s current feed, so the other four play at the show’s own archive and nowhere else.
The mineral and plant medicine conversations belong to the other half of the work, which has its own home at mineralshaman.com. To invite me onto a show, write to me.
Plant More Worry Less is a production of the Huachuma Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity whose mission is education, preservation and community. The conversations are about huachuma, ceremony, and the work of keeping a plant and its tradition alive in Peru.
Some episodes are with guests. The rest are free flowing conversations with my co-host Dani Reardon, which are the ones where the subject wanders and usually gets somewhere.
Every episode is on the foundation’s own page, and the show is also on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
The recordings are on the music page, and the gatherings are the place to hear a gong in a room, which no recording has ever managed.
