Retreat to Sacred Valley

July 3-13, 2025
Join us for a life-changing journey of communion, heart-opening, and celebration as we connect with the ancestral medicine of Huachuma (San Pedro) in its sacred homeland – Peru’s magical Sacred Valley.
10 Transformational Days, 2 Mystical Huachuma Ceremonies, 6-month container

On this soul-stirring journey, we will tap into the ancient wisdom of Huachuma (San Pedro), embarking on a deep inner quest of growth, self-realization and spiritual awakening in the timeless Sacred Valley of the Incas. Building on the successes of last year’s inaugural pilgrimage, which sparked profound healing and life-changing insights for all who took part, we now excitedly prepare this special container to hold another group of courageous voyagers ready to plunge into the alchemical fires of deep soul transformation.

Nestled amidst the gentle majesty of the Andes, you will peel back profound layers of old patterns, reclaim lost parts of yourself, and reconnect with your authentic gifts to bring back into the world. This is a journey of a lifetime – through expertly-facilitated Huachuma ceremonies guided by a gifted Maestro Huachumero, you’ll discover who you truly are beneath the surface-level masks so many wear today.

This sacred medicine path calls to those feeling the nudge towards radical self-inquiry and a desire to heal at the deepest levels of body, mind and soul. It requires earnest self-work, trust, and the willingness to courageously surrender to a process of total metamorphosis.

If this is the inner prompting your heart has been waiting for, join us on this once-in-a-lifetime pilgrimage of initiation, wholeness and joyful celebration under the starlit Skies of Antiquity.

Retreat to Sacred Valley

August 3rd-13th, 2023
Join us for a profound journey of embodied transformation, on a ten-day retreat as we commune with the heart opening magic of
San Pedro medicine in its ancestral homeland: The Sacred Valley of Peru.
10 Days, 2 San Pedro Ceremonies, 1 Horseback Expedition

On this pilgrimage we delve into the wisdom of Huachuma (San Pedro), embarking on a profound journey to decolonize our hearts and minds and receive its sacred education. Through this rewilding experience, you will uncover your heart’s deepest truth as the perfect medicine for your life right here, right now. This alchemical retreat holds the power to potentiate paradigm-shifts in ways both accessible and well-integrated, catalyzing inspired action aligned with your highest timeline. Held in an intentional container within the Andes mountains, you will discover deeper layers of who you really are, reclaiming your sovereignty while opening yourself to new ways of being in this world.

This experience is for souls called to deep self-exploration, who seek a quantum portal through which to weave personal and collective transformation. This is not a typical plant medicine retreat. We will be exploring the medicine in ceremonies not always accessible to the general public, and have a unique opportunity to use horseback as an integration modality. These ceremonies require a level of commitment to preparation as well as physical, mental, and emotional readiness that is well-suited for space holders or those otherwise well-versed in shadow work.

If this is you and you feel the nudge towards deeper expansion, please join us on this sacred journey of weaving new threads into the fabric of our lives and the world around us.

About Shasta

Mount Shasta, located near the Oregon border in northern California, holds the distinction of being one of the world’s preeminent sacred mountains. It is recognized as an eligible Native American cultural and cosmological property on the National Register of Historic Places. Artifacts found in the surrounding area conservatively suggest at least 11,000 years of human habitation, designating this region as one of the longest-occupied areas of North America.

Mount Shasta’s vast antiquity and mythic relevance places its significance on par, historically and categorically, with other sacred sites found among the world’s oldest known civilizations, including the temples and pyramids of Egypt, Stonehenge, the the Mayan Pyramids and Machu Picchu.

Today experts recognize that these “sacred sites” around the world influence human consciousness and other living organisms in a number of unusual and remarkable ways. They have become colloquially known as ancient “power spots,” places where people commonly experience unusual phenomenon such as UFO-related activity, portals into other dimensions, consciousness-altering experiences, and other paranormal-phenomenon.

When one enters into a sacred site of so-called “powerful energy,” the mind, body, and spirit are instantly affected. The energy at these places can be felt, sensed, dowsed, photographed, and measured with scientific instrumentation.

What’s Icluded:
  • Food: Simple, Organic, & Vegetarian (vegan + GF options available): 4 dinners, 4 breakfasts & 3 lunches. Lindsey will be preparing the food using her holistic chef skills, along with an assistant.
  • Accommodation: 4 nights at Sheep Rock Ranch
  • Daily Yoga: Led by Lindsey every morning on the outdoor deck facing immaculate views of Mt. Shasta and the high dessert.
  • 25-Hour Sound Practitioner Training: 25hr YACEP Yoga Alliance continuing education hours, and Level 1 certification (if not registered with Yoga Alliance). Hamid will be the main instructor and Lindsey will be assisting.
  • Visit to Mt. Shasta: We will take a trip to visit the sacred mountain where we will explore nature & silence.
  • Optional Activities: Participants may choose to take a trip to nearby mineral springs, schedule massage, and explore the local trails.

Breathwork Sound Journey

Join Hamid and Jill Honeywell for a night of deep breathwork and sound at Abundant Space. Breathwork provides access to subconscious memories stored throughout the body, enabling safe release and reprocessing and deep emotional healing. In addition, breathwork can take participants into the same sorts of transpersonal states as other practices, such as plant medicines and psychedelic medicines. When combined with live sound of drums, flutes, voice, gongs, singing bowls and more, the practice becomes one of deep entrainment of the entire being.

Trance Dance & Cacao Ceremony

Trance dance is a traditional shamanic healing technique that draws on percussive rhythms combined with breath work, entrancing sounds and the use of blindfolds to take participants on an embodied psycho-spiritual journey into deep states of consciousness. The experience, led by Kari Levine and Hamid Jabbar, will begin with setting the sacred space, where ceremonial cacao will be served. This traditional medicine facilitates greater access to heart-centered intuition and connection to the spiritual realm. During the dance, participants are encouraged to move without inhibition in any way the music and energy of the space guides them. Facilitators will safely guide participants into ecstatic states of consciousness where deep physical and emotional healing, as well as spiritual insights, can occur.
