The doors close at the start time so a session already under way is not disturbed. There are no late arrivals.

Bring yourself

The studio provides mats, blankets and bolsters. Wear something you can lie down in and bring water.

No experience needed

Nothing is asked of you in the room. You lie down and the instruments do the work.

Nobody is turned away

If the cost is the obstacle, write to me before you register rather than after.

Your ticket arrives by email as soon as you register. It carries the address and the time to be there by, so keep it or show it on your phone when you arrive.

Before you register

One agreement to accept, and one choice that is yours.

Terms, release and permissions(Required)

Registration and payment. Registration is not refundable and a place does not move to another date. If I cancel a gathering or move it, you choose a full refund or your place at another one. Please arrive ten minutes before the start. The doors close at the start time so that a session already under way is not disturbed, which means a missed start is a missed session.

Your health is your own. A sound session is physical. You lie on the floor and the instruments are played at volume. You know your own health and I do not. If you have a medical condition, or any doubt about whether this is right for you, talk to your doctor before you register. I am not a clinician and that decision is not mine to make.

Risk, release and indemnity. By registering you accept the risks that come with attending, including the volume of the instruments, the physical space and your own health on the day. You release Hamid Jabbar PLC and Hamid Jabbar from claims arising out of your attendance, other than for gross negligence or willful misconduct, and you agree to indemnify Hamid Jabbar PLC and Hamid Jabbar against claims brought by anyone you bring with you.

Photographs and video. Gatherings are sometimes photographed or filmed for this site and for social media. Registering is your permission to use images that include you.

Registering for other people. If you book more than one place, you accept these terms for yourself and for everyone you register. You confirm that you have given them these terms and that they agree to them. Where you give me their email address I send them a copy directly.

Coming to a gathering is also acceptance. Anyone who attends accepts these terms, whether they registered themselves or somebody registered on their behalf, and whether or not a copy reached them by email.

Age. You confirm that you are 18 or over. A child under 18 is welcome when a parent or guardian registers them, comes with them and stays with them for the whole session, and in that case the adult accepts these terms on the child's behalf and stays responsible for them throughout.

Arizona law applies. Ticking this box is required in order to register and to be admitted. It has the same effect as signing. The full terms are on the legal page.

Paying more, if you want to

The gathering is $44 and that is the price. Some people have asked me for a way to pay more, because the work means something to them, so this is it. Choose a higher amount if you want to and you have the means. Nothing about the day is any different either way.

Cash at the gathering

Card is taken now and reserves your place straight away. Venmo, Zelle and cash are paid outside this form, so a place is reserved once the money reaches me.

Credit Card

Paying by Venmo or Zelle. Send it to @hamidjabbar on Venmo, or by Zelle to (480) 206-2513 from your banking app. Put your name in the note so I can match it to your registration. Venmo offers an option to turn a payment on for purchases, and leaving it off means no fee comes out of it. Your place is reserved once the payment reaches me.

Paying cash at the gathering. Bring the cash with you. You can put it in the bowl or give it to me any time. If you would rather send it ahead, @hamidjabbar on Venmo or Zelle to (480) 206-2513 works too.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. The terms are on the legal page, and anything else, write to me.
